The Team Our staff have considerable corporate IT experience having provided technical support to a wealth of different sized businesses, ranging from those with only few employees to multi-national companies with thousands of users. We’re not machines, we only work with them, so every call is answered by a human and in times of crisis our support staff are trained to ensure that every call is logged and dealt with as fast as possible. Purity has been described as ‘a hand holding company’ and that is what we aim to do with our clients – to walk with them through every stage of a project, from conception to completion and beyond. We employ only senior technicians with years of practical experience. Our staff are trained to work fast and efficiently as we recognise that in the world of business communication is essential and a small IT problem can turn into a commercial disaster.
